The breakfast here is delicious with a great variety of English options, and the location is very convenient, close to public transportation.

Very amiable staff, well-equipped and brand-new rooms with free bottled water and breakfast included as well as "Happy Hour " snacks in the Club Lounge early evening and a local mobile phone...

the hotel had a peaceful location next train station is a 10 minutes walk away. the room was a nice size and well-equipped, it had a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets.

I had a fantastic stay at this place for an exciting trip, the location was very central to the harbor area and more.

service was impressive as I was granted an early check-in & late check out. felt uncomfortable after 2 days in my initial rm & requested for a change of rm..was granted the change of rm & the lady staff performed her duties very professionally & diligently as the process was done in a fast & orderly manner...hotel location is located very near to the ladies market & there are supermarkets & neighbourhood cafes nearby offered very nice local food..will definitely go bk to the hotel again nx time I visit HK.

the negative part was the hotel location was abit far frm the nearest MTR station...requires abt 15 mins walk to Yau Ma Tei station..however the experience of walking frm hotel to MTR station was gd as u cud see & feel the ambience & scenery of HK within the neighbourhood of waterloo rd..

The best in the hotel is, of course, it's personnel. They're all are always ready to help and solve your troubles (if they can). Also pay attention to the small backery on the ground floor ;)

City view - only by name. Actually your window will face another building. But it's Hong Kong, so suppose it's normal.

Large and functional rooms with a cell phone and a kettle. Very comfy bed and spotless bathroom. - Favourable and easy location with access to public transport, a market, and shopping area. - Outstanding food in the in-house restaurant.

Very nice swimming pool. Careful and attentive staff - I enjoyed complimentary fruits, and the choice of pillow filler (which I didn't use, though). Tips are welcomed, but nobody was too demanding, which is very nice.

Receptionist called me several times, left a message on the phone, left written message - to inform me that my room card is blocked (I didn't leave enough cash for deposit). This could've been done in a more polite way, I suppose.

This hotel is no frills and utility hotel. It was just apt. The location is good and just 10 minutes walk from the popular Mong Kok shopping area. The best part is, there are very useful small supermarkets like 7-11 and K-Central in 2 minutes walking distance. You get free shuttle to Tsim Tsa Sui every 30 minutes, which drops you at Mong Kok (drop only) en route to Tsim Tsa Sui. There a HSBC ATM just outside the hotel. You also get the Airport Shuttle (K5) to Kowloon Station (free pick up and drop, every 20 minutes) which connects to the airport express train. I suggest, don't take breakfast package from the hotel, as you have small eateries nearby to eat at much cheaper rate.

The AC was cooling too much and there was no control. It may be a room specific issue. Apart from this, there was nothing negative about the hotel.

This place is top-notch, offering a fantastic breakfast, rooms with AC, and a cozy bed. They even have a nice bar to chill at. the service here is outstanding. Definitely a great choice! 🌟

I love the warmth of the hotel staff. They are very willing to help and see if you need anything.. The shuttle bus is also convenient.

Super friendly staff here, and the room was super clean and had everything I needed. the location is awesome, just a short walk away - about 10-15 minutes - from this huge street market in Mongkok. 🌟

The breakfast at Metropark Hotel Kowloon is amazing with a good variety of choices. the location is excellent, right next to Metropark Kowloon and close to great shops. Make sure to drop by Hesheeat Cafe for a cup of tea or coffee nearby.
